This identifies the root causes of any process gaps, bottle-necks, resource constraints and other issues that are holding your company back, costing you money, causing customer satisfaction issues, or whatever the case may be.
We then create an Operating Model that addresses the issues holistically, in terms of the technologies, processes and people involved and we work with your teams to ensure that the solution will fully meet their needs and the company's strategic objectives, gaining "buy-in" and support along the way. We know how important it is for your people understand the need for change, share the vision and fully support the process throughout, so they feel part of it and are happy to own it.
Once the objectives against which success will be measured and the high-level project plan are agreed, we work closely with your people, at all levels within the company, and any third parties to agree a detailed schedule and a communications plan and then roll it out, using a project management methodology appropriate to the size, complexity and value of the work being undertaken and providing as much (or as little) support throughout the process as you need.
