Who we are
Atholl is a team of highly experienced Consultants who have gained their experience over decades in the real world, not the class-room. They may, or may not, have honours degrees from top universities, or letters after their names. Far more importantly, they each have proven expertise and a track record of delivering great results in the Boardroom and on the shop floor and, perhaps most importantly, on the balance sheets of the organisations they have worked for and worked with.
We are a team of people who have earned our reputations in the marketplace and earn our living by living up to our reputations. We know what it’s like to run an organisation because we’ve actually done it, not just learned about it. Part of our passion is sharing our knowledge, skills and experience to help other succeed too – we love what we do, it’s not just a pay cheque!
Most of us have worked with organisations ranging in size from national governments to small family-run companies with a dozen employees and as diverse in their business model as traditional engineering and national telecoms companies.
