What we do

It’s rare to find that an issue that impacts a business has its roots in one single area, it’s almost always a combination of more than one of: strategy, technology, processes and people.

Even the best technology and processes won’t work if the people don’t support them and, quite often the people work well despite the processes and technology, not because of them!

We’ve also found that quite often the obvious symptom of the problem is a long way from the root cause in process terms – only becoming obvious when looked at with fresh eyes.

We bring common sense, experience and deep technical and operational expertise, combined with an open mind and independence because we understand that it’s impossible to see the whole picture when you’re sitting inside the frame.

An African Government had spent 3 years and $millions unsuccessfully implementing a new financial system – we completed the job in 10 months. 

A small engineering company were finding their revenues and margins being squeezed by off-shore competitors – we re-focused and re-launched them, yielding a significant increase in both revenue and profitability.

A large UK Telecoms company found they had a huge backlog of incomplete orders – we identified the aspect of field engineering that was causing the problem and provided a simple solution.

A large Gulf Telecoms company needed to consolidate divisions and integrate some acquisitions – we provided a 3-year transformation roadmap to allow them migrate legacy systems and data create a template for their future systems and processes, thereby allowing their own staff to own the transformation process.
